  While Scotia Bank is not my main go-to bank, I do have a mortgage with this institution. In the two times that I have met with the financial specialists with this company, I enjoyed my experience. The branches are renovated, clean, and the staff always were on time and treated us like valued clients. I was never pressured to purchase any additional services or features. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I am a critical person and did not find anything wrong with my visits. The Brentwood mall location was great. The parking is plentiful and it's not too busy there.

  I have always been well served here. All the staff I talked with (6 different people) were friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to go beyond the basics to help.
