  This place is fantastic and a true gem if you are in the area. Pita Bread Factory produces pitas, pies, bagels, cookies, wraps, naan bread and more that is sold to major grocery stores and restaurants. Their outlet store has seconds and day old products at deep discounted rates. They also produce organic products and gluten free wraps!!

  This place has fresh pita bread on a daily basis plus a few other kinds like bagels but there is no organic ones! They have been stated on their website but no one knew about them!

  I've only tried their organic bagels to date. They are tasty and I really appreciate that they are made with organic ingredients. ???? That's all good. What I don't like about them is the size. Much too small, especially compared to the many other bagels I've eaten over the years, including those from traditional kosher bakeries in Toronto.
  
  When using a bagel for sandwiches, these are just not practical. Fillings tend to fall out. On their own with just a spread, they are fine, but I like to be able to use bagels in both ways.
  
  I also would have appreciated a reply to an email I sent to this company. It was mainly complimentary, and with a couple of suggestions. They never replied. Definitely need to work on that. ????Customer service and follow up is just as important as a good product.
