We contacted Pipe Gene and they sent out a team of plumbers. Lance the lead plumber and the team came out within an hour of my call. We had a water issue and they handled it efficiently. Lance was incredible courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Pipe Genie and Lance in particular.
The plumbers who arrived at our home, as scheduled did an excellent job of replacing our broken water line. They replaced the line without even digging up our lawn. They just dug 2 small holes and put a machine in 1 of the holes and pulled the new pipe through the ground.
