  my fiance, secretly took all my inspiration pictures and gave it to Alexander. The funny thing is that my style isn't really the same as Alex's flare and style of jewelry. I'm sure it was not his thing, but we built a great friendship over these years shopping at his store and so I'm very happy he would make it for me and be part of my milestone in my life

  Oh my goodness, I could not be more grateful to Alex! The centre stone of my engagement ring popped out (the door of a milk cabinet at the grocery store hit it just right) and I was devastated. Spent the whole night in a tizzy and brought it to Trio the next morning in the hopes it could be repaired without sending it away.
  
  The craftsman at Trio, Alex, was more than happy to help! He examined the ring and repaired it while I waited. In five minutes, my ring was as good as new! The service was friendly, prompt and very fairly priced. I'm so pleased with my experience that I plan to bring another piece in for repair. That man has a customer for life!

  Looked all over for an engagement ring. Every place I went to made me feel less than welcome. When to Trio based on the reviews, and very glad I did. Alex and his daughter made me feel right at home, and they had just what I was looking for in a ring. If you are on the market, take the time to check this place out!

  I am ecstatic about the wedding band Alex created for me. My fiance and I brought him a photograph of a ring we liked, and he expertly discussed options with us regarding design, value, materials, and technical concerns. He was endlessly patient with my fiance's questions. His artistry and professionalism is evident -- a true craftsman who takes immense pride in his work. He created a beautiful match for my engagement ring, one that will withstand the test of time. I would 100% recommend him.
