  Nurse was so kind and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and honestly didn’t even feel the shot I received. I left feeling content and informed.
  I did find it a tad bit more expensive for both the shot and consult than the other travel clinic I had previously gone to. And I was going to be charged an additional cost to be written a prescription, as the nurse could only make recommendations. So I had to make a second visit to a doctor for that which was a little inconvient.

  I went and saw Christina to learn about what shots/vaccinations I would be needing for my trip. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating as I had showed up at the wrong time and she still made time for me. She explained everything very thoroughly providing me with all the information I needed to make the decision on specific vaccinations. I definitely recommend going here before a trip to a country you are not familiar with, I also love that there is now a Burnaby location.

  I had a great experience when dealing with Passport Health Burnaby Travel Clinic for my vaccines. I had the pleasure of working with Phoebe who is super friendly and informative. I recommend them to anyone needing some vaccines.
  
  The only reason why I did not put 5 stars is because I could not get my Malaria vaccine there, instead I was instructed to go to a doctor as it is a prescribed vaccine in which they cannot prescribe this vaccine.

  I had a consultation and received my shots for travel. The nurse was very kind and provided all information I needed. She also didn’t try to push a bunch of additional immunizations as she was honest when the actual risk was very low. Overall it was a great experience and I will be going back for any of my future travel immunization needs.

  I received a comprehensive overview about recommended and required vaccinations and other precautions when traveling to a foreign country. My nurse was very knowledgeable, experienced, and provided all important documentation. She took her time and explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction.
