  It's a beautiful well kept park any time of the year. Bike paths...walking trails and a Pitch & Putt couse too. Lots of parking and the pool is open during summer months.

  Central Park is one of my favourite parks in the lower mainland. When I was a kid, I cycled to, through and around the park with my best friend. I also went on many, many walks with my parents and grandmother. As and adult, I've taken my wife and my kids to the park on many ocassions and enjoyed the kids' park and the trails many times. The trees are beautiful, the ponds are a place to sit and watch ducks and fish as well as model boat builders and sailors. I've played golf and tennis with friends and even sat in my car with my best friend just eating pizza and listening to music. This is a great park. It offers so much. It is relatively safe but unfortunately has been witness to many atrocities. During the day it is very safe but in the evenings, at dusk or after dark I caution you to walk as a group. The police has a strong presence in the area so if you go, enjoy the beauty the place has to offer.

  Best park in area to walk and contemplate nature. In the midst of Burnaby BC Canada this park offers several options to walk and sit down and ride your bike. Lots of animals in summer. Please do not go alone as there have been safety issues. Recommended. Wheelchair accessible. Bus and train accessible

  Great park to go for runs or have a picnic. Considerably large and spacious park with a nice centralized location. Very family friendly. There is a couple playgrounds, a swimming pool, a stadium, tennis courts and a couple other facilities. There is a couple bathrooms. Cool place to hang hammocks, there are many trees. Would not recommend going at night.
