Shopped here for years and have always been treated great. Love their One a day Alive vitamin.

Nice staff but way overpriced

I didn't have any problems with the staff, who seemed genuinely passionate about health supplements, but I was shocked by the prices. Sometimes greater than x2 what I have paid online and at other supplement shops. I would recommend it if you do a price check before making a purchase.

I called Alive today to find out if they carried Truehope vitamins, the woman who answered the phone was lovely and instantly knew what I was asking for, told me the price and the deals they have when buying bulk. She put some aside for me until I was able to pick them up. Once I arrived she was just as lovely in person and very helpful. I would be happy to buy my vitamins from Alive when I need my refills. On that note I did not get such a lovely welcome from another natural store by TNT, where the woman ignored me because I am not Asian.
