  I've been going here for almost a year and have nothing but good things to say. The classes are fun and always challenging, the instructors are always upbeat and very encouraging, and the other members are a great bunch of people. My partner joined soon after seeing how much I enjoyed it and we've been loving it ever since!

  Been going for almost two years. It is hard in the beginning because I was out of shape and never done any martial arts so didn't know the moves. However the staff is fantastic and helped me improve . Now I have no problem keeping up. Be prepared to sweat! Yes it is annoying that you have to book your first class, but it is so that they can have an instructor available exclusively for you to show you the moves so that you don't hurt yourself. This class gives results if you keep coming to do it. It is tons of fun and the people do become like a family.

  It was my first time trying one of their classes. I didn't know what to expect but all the coaches were super duper nice! It is a little intimidating, the class is pretty fast, if they slowed it down a little bit I'd give total 5 stars. I am looking forward to my body adjusting and being able to keep up with the class.

  I did one class here and I gotta say that it kicked my butt! I really like the coaches, they are super motivating and you can tell that they are committed to teaching their class. I will be going back after my muscles aren't so sore. Btw, be prepared to sweat if you plan on going here!

  This is one of the most fun , sweat dripping one hour workout experience you'll have. If you are feeling nervous or shy about starting something new the instructors are always there to help you out. And the other members are always friendly and willing to help. Try this you won't regret it.
