(February 2, 2019, 4:27 am)I've been here before, and it's been very well staffed...this evening though, as Dine Out Vancouver comes to it's last week they didn't quite seem prepared.
I had the duck breast, and was less than enthused. It was dry m, overcooked, and rubbery. My partner had the Steel Steak, and thoroughly enjoyed that, and we finished with the vanilla creme Braille, which was to die for.

Horizons Restaurant is located on top of Burnaby Mountain. It has a fabulous view which can overlooking the city and the North Shore Mountain. It has a huge and free parking. We went on a Friday night, we ordered Seafood Chowder and Escargot & Mushrooms to start.
