  I really don’t get it. I know many people that come to this clinic and return time and time again so I figured I’d write a real, honest review. These people giving it bad reviews fail to realize that this clinic is extremely busy BUT they see hundreds of people a day and taking that into considerations puts this clinic near the top clinics in Burnaby. I’ve seen Dr. Ho here the most, and although he is very quick and to the point — I find him to be extremely respectful and throrough. He’s not big on chit chat as he has many other clients to see, but he does listen to me and gives me sound advice and every prescription from him has been responsibly written and effective. Staff is overwhelmed at times so just be kind when you show up and understanding and they will get you in a room right away. I haven’t waited more than 10-15 min for the doctor to see me at their busiest times. Aside from waiting times, it is clean, sterile, and the staff is kind— This is an excellent clinic and my family will continue to come here.
