  I was referred by a coworker to send my kitty, Bo Bo, to Phat Cat Inn back in 2016. Our family travels, a minimum of a week to a maximum of two and a half weeks, every year. We have been sending Bo Bo to stay in this warm, cozy, secure and clean cat hotel during our travels three times already. There is one thing that I am very impressed with Phat Cat Inn is that this hotel provides an individual big room with basic necessities for each kitty at an affordable price. I have been searching for the similar cat boarding facilities in the Lower Mainland, and Phat cat inn is always my no.1's choice. Our kitty is very sensitive to changes in an environment but she always adapts to this cat hotel very quickly. Staff at Phat cat inn is also quite friendly, and they always try their best to accommodate my pick up or drop off times. :)

  Kathryn was very helpful, accommodating, and took great care of our rabbit while we were on vacation. Would take my pets back there again while on an extended vacation.

  We were very happy with the cat boarding here and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. It is amazing to not have to worry about your pets while on holidays. Thank you for taking such great care of our cats while we were away!
