He was most helpful in answering our questions, he is quick to respond to phone calls and emails, provides great customer service, and is very knowledgeable. He tries to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to all my friends and acquaintances.

Tom took the time to thoroughly explain and walk us through all options, provide meaningful insight, and always had our best outcome in mind. Shelter Bay & Tom truly did want what is best for us and they did all they could to ensure we end up with a product that meets our needs. 10/10 recommendation.

No stone was left un-turned trying to find us the best combination of coverage. There were some tight timelines that all got achieved, but no compromise in any of our coverage.
