Totally out of their hands but the box was damaged in shipping. Causing light damage to the corner of the stones. I mentioned it so they were aware and being awesome they gave me a discount even when it wasn’t their fault -

(June 6, 2018, 3:04 pm)This is the place to be for anything rock/gem related. This guy has rock saws, and tumblers, and polishers. They are family orientated. And very friendly/helpful. I have never seen such low prices for stones before. I have been loyal customer for a couple of years now. I totally recommend this for anyone. His Shop is both child/adult friendly! If there is a certain stone/gem you are looking for, I am 99.99% sure he has it!
