  Customer interaction is key! Don't allow your own feelings towards another individual show. Be pleasant even if you have to put on an act. IT'S YOUR JOB TO BE PLEASANT! Interestingly enough, I, as a senior man encounter more women who look at me with disdain, and talk to me in a tone that hints of annoyance. Being a white male, I guess it's now my turn. In that particular store there are two individuals that should consider another profession, one in the Camera Dept. and another in the Pharmacy.

  For what I buy there, I really like the place. I prefer their pharmacy over other stores since they've been very helpful AND they deliver your meds if you can't go out. All 3 pharmacists are knowledgeable and will take the time to help or explain things. All staff are cheerful and helpful.
  
  Good selection of snack foods (which I don't eat though). Best selection in Mission of health/medical related items (i.e. hot water bottles, elastic wraps, canes etc) and of supplements. Good selection of toiletries and make-up. Can sometimes find unexpected things marked down and items other local stores don't carry. (Bought my sewing machine there at a good price.) If something needs to be returned, absolutely the best place - cheerful and not begrudgingly at all. Only drawback is items can often be found cheaper at other stores. I gave 5 stars but would rather have given 4 1/2 'cause of the price.

(604) 820-5115 I just have to hand it to the folks running the computer department in this location. I don't expect much from clerks selling tech in any 'big box' store but the people in this department know their product(s) and their tech.
