(December 29, 2020, 8:11 pm)The dealership service department saved my Christmas trip though they were short stuffed and didn’t have the capacity for repairs. My car brake fluid leaked on the way to Sun Peaks because of the heavy snow on Dec 21st, this GM dealer was the closest repair shop I can go, although it’s under GM brand, but Joey helped me out, was very patient and helped me to order the parts, and luckily I got a loaner car from the dealer so I was able to head to the destination. Otherwise, my whole family, with two little kids will be stuck in Hope. Thank you!

My engine splash guard partially tore off while driving on the highway nearby - and they looked after me immediately, without an appointment and provided the best service I have ever received. JOEY is the most personable, knowledgeable and kind employee. Not only did he go out of his way to fix my issue - he promptly secured my engine splash guard with expertise and reassured the safety of what he had done. I believe he is one of the service managers? Honestly 10/10 service and I am forever grateful! By far the most positive experience I have ever had at a dealership - 100% because of Joey!

They did have some troubles getting in parts but the service and work they did were above and beyond my expectations. I am very impressed and happy, Joey and the other employees were amazing. I was allowed to see the work they were doing and I am very grateful. Also the vehicle detailing service is excellent and i will definitly use them again. It was so nice to drive in a beautifully detailed and serviced truck! Thank you to Gardner chev Buick, from a very impressed happy customer!
