(June 4, 2020, 1:45 pm)This is Elbow Lake minimum security prison. Anytime you see a green van parked on the side of the highway (usually with the guard reading a newspaper) with a group of guys picking up trash, it's probably these guys out for the day. Inmates with a low chance for violence or long-term offenders near the end of their sentence with a low probability to run away.
