Total Automotive is the best of the best in Chilliwack, family owned and run. They have always treated me with amazing customer service and have done everything they could when trying to help me save money and find the most practical and inexpensive way to maintain and sometimes fix my vehicle. Everyone there is very outgoing and they have a very knowledgeable staff line up. I recommend them to everyone who needs a good honest mechanic who genuinely cares about their customers. There is no better place to go in Chilliwack for automotive repair and maintainance.

During my camping vacation my vehicle lost its coolant and transmission fluid while I was returning to my campsite at Cultus Lake. That night I had the vehicle towed to Total Automotive to be serviced. I called first thing the next morning to ask if they would be able to look at it. I also explained that due the upcoming Canada Day weekend the campsites were fully booked and I needed to move my camper as soon as possible.
The Service Manager said they had many pre-booked appointments but would take a look at it that day. They called me before day's end and said they could have the parts the next day and do their best to have the repairs completed before check out. The following day they called me at 11:30 am said the repairs were completed, and then came and picked me up at the campsite and I was able to move my camper prior to check out time and continue on with my vacation. Very happy with the responsive, caring and honest service. Fantastic work !! Thank you very much!
