He's patient, understanding and thourally explains everything so I'm never stuck with hidden things ! He goes above and beyond. If I could give more stars I would ! Highly recommend this gentleman. Clearwest needs more people like Jesse .

However, last week I decided to visit the local store in Chilliwack to change plans for all my family, simply for convenience sake. We dealt with Harman when we arrived and we all were incredibly impressed. He was friendly, professional and patient, despite all our questions. His honesty about certain plans, phones and routes we could take were all greatly appreciated. After an hour, we walked out of there with three new plans, two new phones and a ton of respect for the man. If you are looking for honest and exceptional service, this store in general and Harman in particular should be your 'go to' cell phone source.
