They answer our questions in professional manner and in terms we can understand. And their pleasant and respectful manner makes us want to come back.

(October 13, 2018, 5:44 am)Express Care Pharmacy has a modern take on the old time Pharmacies. At Express Care we receive more personalized care and a broader range of services. The Pharmacists are highly knowledgable, very professional, great at explaining all aspects of our sometimes complex medications and happy to work with our Specialists as part of our health care team. They’re filling a niche that covers aspects of health care no one else is. Just one of the numerous examples is earlier this week one of their Pharmacists came to our home to give my family the flu shot because of the difficulties we have bringing one of our family members who’s disabled into their Clinic. We’ve really developed a sense of security knowing we can book an appointment on one of the Express Care Walk In Clinic days to see a really good GP and not have to wait for ages in a room full of infectious people or if it’s only to refill a prescription we can arrange to go online at the Pharmacy and speak to one of the Doctors that works with them. Our prescriptions are faxed immediately to the Pharmacy and filled on the spot or if the medication needs to be ordered they’ll deliver it when it’s filled. The people are wonderful and clearly very thoughtful about meeting the needs of their customers.
