Dr. Tiessens is the best. She takes the time to talk you through everything she's doing. She puts your mind at ease and is clearly at the top of her game. The hygienists and front staff are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

The staff’s priority is clearly the client’s comfort level. They consistently check in to see you feel at ease and they’re quick to cure any discomfort.
Dr Duan is thorough during examinations and dental work. He’s done an excellent job to ensure the procedure/result is where it should be. He checks in and explains as needed during the process.
They are amazing with kids too. My son has seen this dentist since he was 4. Now he’s 10 and doesn't have anxiety prior to or during his visits.
I would highly recommend Dr Duan and his team to anyone!

By far the best dental treatment experience of my life. I have sat in many different dental chairs all over the province of B.C. and have never received this caliber of kindness and compassion as well as the attention to detail and gentle hands that consistently demonstrate Dr. Duans amazing skills and the obvious pride in his work that he has shown me on many occasions over these years. I not only highly recommend his practice but will go out of my way and continue to travel the 1800 km round trips from my home in Northern B.C. to have him exclusively work on my dental health. This man is a rarity in his field and I am so very grateful to have been referred to him by a close friend of mine.
