I would like to let you know how impressed I was with the driver that delivered my storage container. He was personable and professional. I told him where I would like the container placed, and he took the time to place it exactly where I wanted it, even though it took him extra time and effort as he had to maneuver around a utility pole to do so.

One of the main reasons that I tried your company is that I had tried one of your competitors, and the driver that they used ignored my instructions as to how I wanted the container placed at the beginning, and once he started unloading, he said that he couldn’t do anything about it, so I was stuck with it in an inconvenient place. He was very condescending towards me and my wishes. So, when I needed another container, I looked for a different option.

What a fantastic company to deal with! I needed a 10’ container on short notice and called TargetBox. Their rates were very competitive. They were professional, friendly, and super-willing to accommodate. I got the container the next day and, even though I wasn’t able to be there at the time their driver placed it exactly where I’d asked for it to be.
