They communicate clearly and often throughout the entire process and are open to client input at every stage. They excel at highlighting value propositions through video and communicating technical concepts clearly. The end product is consistently beyond my expectations.
On all projects, costs + expenses are transparently outlined at the start and notice is given anytime there is risk of a change.
After two years working with BCM I hired them personally to capture the best day of my life - my wife and I were so grateful we had them capture our wedding. The final product was beautiful and we've watched it many times over in the last two years.
In short, they do incredible work, you should hire them. -
