When these folks claim outstanding customer service and cost-effective quality products they mean it! On a fishing trip up North, I lost the end bracket (oval ear) from my well-used over the canopy rack. When I regained cell coverage, I Googled Westcan and sent an email explaining my problem. Just as I got home a few days later, my replacement part was delivered at a grand total of $12. My friend, who was helping me unload asked incredulously, “Really, who does that anymore?” Westcan Manufacturing is the obvious answer!
