He was very patient with my as I asked lots of questions and was able to give me a game plan to keep the mice out. Very thorough and great communication.

Helped locate a likely source of a water issue as a draw for the ant issues and in addition, found and dealt with a number of unknown wasp locations that would have been a more serious issue soon. Lots of tips on things to look for and deal with in early stages. All of it at a very reasonable rate. Would highly recommend to anyone.

(June 15, 2021, 2:04 pm)I've had occasion, unfortunately, to use Paradigm Pest several times since arriving in Chilliwack. What a fabulous experience and their guarantee works, was able to give them a call back and it was a cheerfully handled as if I was paying for the service again. The KICKER!! I had several areas of exposure to the crawlspace of my home and the Technician went back to the shop, got some mesh and covered up the exposure until it could be permanently replaced!! His comment: "You think ants are bad, you don't want to deal with rats, raccoons, or any other critter that gets into your crawl space". Who else would go the extra mile!! Thank you so, so much! Should I have another problem, first call I make.
