As a person who's been in the construction business for over 25 years, I've seen good and bad contractors. CE did an excellent job on a major landscaping project I recently completed in Harrsion Hot Springs. Norm was excellent to deal with - helpful, knowledgable, polite/friendly, returned calls promptly and very reasonably priced. My expectations were exceeded - something that's not easy. I'd give him 10 stars if I could, and no we're not related!

I had Norm move and arrange a lot of large rip rap in my tiered back yard. He had a lot of great ideas for placement and landscape space. He did a wonderful job!
