(December 27, 2022, 2:13 am)Absolutely without a doubt I would recommend Cascade Physio and Chiro for any service they supply!! Each of the therapists and receptionists made me feel comfortable and end up feeling like family. Katy Bergen, Kin specialist, is always positive and gives encouragment at every step of recovery. I felt that the exercises I was given were well within a resonable sphere of ability and made working with these exercises at home between appointments a positive experiance. I feel that I recovered at a steady pace and had many positive feedbacks from friends and family members in regards to my recovery.

(December 9, 2022, 4:03 pm)Katy Bergen assisted me in my recovery from an ankle injury, once I was mobile I asked about an interval training program. As an Athletic Therapist, Katy built a program that protected my healing ankle but also gave me the challenging workout I was looking for. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Katy to start an exercise program safely or step up what you are doing right now.

The care and treatment I have received from Chris is top quality and I will always look to refer people here!
