(February 5, 2016, 11:44 pm)As I tell everyone who will listen, this gym has changed my life! You don't have to be worried about going to the gym and not knowing what to do when you get there.. The trainers are all amazing and are wonderful with modifying workouts based on injury. I'm down 40lbs so far, thanks to this gym and never looking back!

(January 30, 2016, 10:10 pm)I was extremely sceptitical at first was trying to talk myself out of it but with a little push from a great friend, I finally took a step in the door. It was amazing from the start. Lindsey the Trainer was very warm and welcoming. She only pushes you when you need it and is very up beat. Lindsey and Briana were very motivating and inspirational. My first experience was a Hook!
