Very friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful location. Great experience coming to this bank, as I often do a lot of my banking online. I always love the music outside at High Street as well.

Bank teller Mike is very helpful, and although I don't generally have a good experience with RBC, Mike is probably the friendliest and most helpful person I've ever dealt with at any bank.

The RBC branch Highstreet Mall location is a nice new building, very open and inviting. I have had many meetings with investment advisers and Mortgage specialists. This is a nice place to go to for a meeting and is easy to get to (right off the freeway). The counter staff aren't the most up beat and enthusiastic, however they get done what I came there to do most of the time. Sometimes it can be extremely slow up at the counter without much reason for there to be, I have walked out of the line before. But this could be a similar issue with any bank.
