(August 1, 2020, 5:23 am)After reading so many good things about Klassic Catering decided to try them out. Ordered the Buddha Bowl family size meal. Do not let the location of this gem deter you. It might be in the middle of an industrial park, but then a pearl is found inside an oyster. This dish is one of the best vegetarian dishes I have ever tasted. The selection of fresh roasted vegetables included beets, squash,broccoli, peppers and peas plus the quinoa and wild rice made a perfect meal. Highly recommend. Will order again the next time a vegan dish hits the menu.
