  I came here with my co-workers as a Christmas treat. We all had the relaxation massages. The treatments were very relaxing and we left happy. The space is beautiful and they have everything you could want to make you feel comfortable. Take some extra time after to enjoy the steam room.

  I called to make an appointment in advance. I had never been at the wild orange before. The girl on the phone made my appointment and didn’t let me know that first time clients should be 15 minutes early to fill out a consultation form that usually goes over allergies, medical conditions, preferences, etc. I discovered this upon arrival when the receptionist told me I was “late” and that there was no time to fill out the form. I tried to explain that I had no idea that I was supposed to be early, but she talked over me and told me to follow her to the room of my appointment. I didn’t fill out a form during or after that appointment. If you need first time customers to be early, let us know instead of expecting us to know something we were not informed of. Aside from this, the waxing service done by another esthetician was exceptional. Thank you to Nicole

  The staff is competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and serene - everything you're looking for in a spa! The facilities are pristine, and everything is cleaned between every single client, without fail. The showers are spacious, with divine water pressure and temperature. The steam room is lovely, with good sized benches and a peaceful quietness.
  If you're there for a while, splurge on the spa lunch. The wine was excellent, the portions large, and scrumptious. They also have snacks, naturally flavoured water, tea, and fruit for you to enjoy between treatments.
  The prices are a bit on the higher side, but you will think they're more than worth it, I guarantee it.
