(August 10, 2021, 9:53 pm)My daughter had to get 4 teeth extracted! I was nervous about the procedure, but the receptionists, hygienist and dentist were so patient and kind. They alleviated my concerns and other than my daughter being a bit wobbly after receiving the laughing gas it was a good a experience as one could expect!

(June 8, 2021, 5:38 pm)I have taken my son to this clinic once when he was 4 and yet again when he was 11. The staff and Doctors really understand how to work with parents and children and make them comfortable!
They prepared my son and I well for our appointment and provided follow up support! They handled any worries we both had with respect in just the right way! I'd highly reccomend them to anyone! -

(June 6, 2021, 7:24 pm)I recommend to go see Dr. Phoebe! Especially when it comes to the sedation. Was first time for my daughter. All I did was to trust her and her staff. My daughter was in good hands. They took time and went with all the procedures clearly with me after that I had a peace of mind. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you again !

(June 5, 2021, 3:32 am)I have been using this amazing clinic since I learned that my daughter had an autoimmune disease and Dr Phoebe's knowledge and understanding of of the disease made me feel at peace.
Since then I have trusted my kids life with these amazing people. I have walked through the nervousness of conscious and unconscious sedation treatments for two of my four kids. (and of course general cleanings) Each time was an adventure but they made me and my children feel safe and at peace. So that made me feel peaceful.
Also, she had such patience when we tried general treatment for my highly anxious daughter and it did not work out. There was no condemnation, extra fear, or shame placed on my child. Just love and care of her emotions. My daughter is still willing to go back even though she has her own personal fears. -

(April 14, 2021, 9:42 pm)The entire team at Children's Oral Care Centre go above and beyond to meet the needs of anxious children (and parents). As someone who had negative dental experiences growing up, I wanted to make sure my children have positive experiences at the dentist! Dr. Tsang is amazing. Personable, and easy to talk to to. She answers questions thoroughly (and in a way that won't scare children). The team was phenomenal with follow up. The office is clean and comfortable. I can't say enough!
