I met Joanna Gozdek, the project manager, at the store on that first visit, and she was beyond helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Joanna went above and beyond to help me during this difficult renovation process. Joanna took the time to listen to my needs, my concerns and my budget and she did everything in her power to look into products for me; ranging from vinyl plank flooring, to countertops, to even finding trades people to help me with this renovation project. She very quickly became someone I knew I could trust and who had my best interest at heart. I am not one to normally write reviews, but in this case I had to. Besides telling anyone and everyone I know about the amazing support and help I received from Joanna, I knew I had to write this review so others would look to her for the same professional, honest, knowledgeable, helpful service I received. I can't say enough good things about this store and about Joanna. She was also always willing to lend a kind ear to any of my concerns or stresses I was going through and supported me in ways that went beyond her position. She did everything in her power to help me in so many ways!
