In and out in less than 30 minutes. Super efficient and competent. Friendly.
Staff are great but could do better in handling absent patients. Too many inconsiderate people book in then wander off only to appear when they feel like it, then get precedence over everyone else. Those not available when called should go to the back of the line. Those who have waited patiently for their first call should take priority. Booking in means your making yourself available for the GP, not "I'll decide when the GP sees me".
Good experience and the staff is very friendly as well. Dr.Hart is a very good doctor. He sent my papers to the lab.I came on a day where it was so dead so I was the only patient there.This was about 2 months ago.He did everyhing he could of to help me out.Thank you very much Dr. Hart for all your help and your hard work.
