  Northview is THE big church in town, which means many things: lots of people, lots of programs, and lots of both good church stuff (i.e. community, relationships, teaching, etc.) and bad church stuff (politics, domination of "tradition", conflict, etc.).
  
  The pastor is an expositor who does a decent job, the church has good Children's & youth programs, the music is high quality (though it's a mixed theological bag) and as far as I know, Northview does far more good than bad. Being a large church, it's also a theologically mixed bag (which can be frustrating for lay people when different people teach different stuff), but it's generally conservative and Evangelical (with some low octane charismatic tendencies).
  
  I'm sure there are people out there who have experienced otherwise, but my experience of Northview has been generally positive (in my dealings with them).
  
  I have friends there, both lay and on staff, who are generally upstanding folks and respectable co-laborers for the gospel who love Christ and preach the gospel.

  This Church is being used by God in so many ways..the sermons that are delivered to the congregation are well versed and accurate to the word of God. They are also helping the community in areas of need.. Keep up the hard work in Christ, your reward is coming soon!

  Great church to be part of and serve God. Amazing programs for kids, fellowship, and study. We have a little guy with special needs and they have a one-on-one program for him during the service which gives us the chance to be present and stress free for the sermon. Could not say enough good things about this community. God is really present at this church :)

  Consistently floored by Jeff’s sermons: succinct, easy to track, poignant stories weaved in between teaching points to drive it home. Thank you, Jeff.
  
  Northview has multiple locations, and in this main location has 3 “locations”: the main sanctuary, “West Court” and “Centre Court”. Each location has its own worship band, it’s own vibe, but the 2 smaller rooms stream Jeff’s message at the set time he preaches from the main sanctuary.
  
  Enjoy free Seattle’s Best Coffee and cookies, in the main lobby and also in Centre Court.
  
  In order to “know and be known, love and be loved, serve and be served” in a large church, one has to proactively seek and join a small group or pastorate to be in community. Unless your objective is to fly under the radar, which limits one’s spiritual maturity and growth.
  
  From the pastors to the ushers to all the other volunteers, they greet you with a smile and warmth, welcoming you to community and another opportunity to view north towards Jesus.
