Most of the reviews that I write (and I'm not a prolific reviewer) don't fall in this category. It's easy to recommend a hotel or a restaurant and sure, it's easy to say "you should go to this dentist". It's a bit more difficult to spell out the reasons I would recommend a specific service. In reading through some of the reviews of Dr. Wang recently, I noted that across the board, people's experiences have been exceptional. I would like to add to this list. Dr. Wang has been a part of our son's life for the past 3-4 years (and consequently, our lives as well). She came highly recommended from our son's dentist in Langley. We were grateful for the recommendation!
From our first visit, it became clear that Dr. Wang was out for our best interests, not hers. Her availability during off hours, her willingness to spend time making sure we understood the treatment options and the details of each step were incredibly reassuring. It was information we needed to make an informed decision and she made sure that we were at peace with the decisions. We were not pressured to follow each recommendation; rather, to make educated decisions at each step. I especially appreciated how she interacted with my son. She spoke to him like he was an adult and tried to make sure he understood clearly what would occur. While he has not always been the perfect patient and followed through with consistency in brushing and bands, Dr. Wang never tired of patiently reinforcing the rationale and end goal (nor did her staff).
Our experience in her office, with her staff, payment, etc. has always been consistently above average - excellent, in fact. I've never been unclear on the next steps. When we've forgotten appointments, they have been patiently and kindly rebooked. When our schedule required flexible timing on their part, it was always attended to. The staff are friendly, courteous, personal and professional. We don't get second rate service.
Dr. Wang has indeed become a part of our family and we wholeheartedly recommend her as a caring and informed professional. She takes the time needed to make sure her clients understand the treatment. We are grateful for the treatment and ensuing friendship.
I just finished my treatmeant at Dr.Wang’s. Dr.Wang and her staff are very kind, thoughtful and great people overall. From the beginning of my treatment to the end, there was never a dull moment! I always felt welcome and they helped me achieve the smile, confidence I’ve always wanted!
I went to Dr. Wang to get second opinion and was impressed how well she explained different options available and what is best for my case. Over the course of treatment Dr Wang and her team have consistently demonstrated high level of professionalism and genuine care. As an adult with braces I was very motivated to get them off as soon as practically possible, Dr. Wang dealt with me very patiently and always took time to reassure me, at times above regular appointments. Lisa made regular appointments go very quick and easy, she is highly skilled at her work! The office has most modern medical equipment of very high quality, and everything is very clean.
Went to Dr. Wang as a second opinion and very glad we did. She did a fantastic job in explaining every step of the procedure, what to expect, including the cost for everything ( so there will be no hidden charges ) and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you Dr. Wang and staff for my daughter's confident smile !!
