    If it weren’t for Dave jumping in last minute for us we would have lost our dream home. He got us the lowest rate our notary had seen and a nice chunk of incentive cash from the lender to boot. Really happy we found The Brown Mortgage Team and Dave. Was also a nice surprise when we moved and got to choose a swag package as a thank you.

    Dave Saran was very helpful finding us the best deal both on our original mortgage and renewing 5 years later. The whole process was very informative, efficient, professional and pleasant. All our questions and concerns were handled proffesionaly and we would highly recommend Dave and his team.

    Dave was great! I had some past issues that I thought would force me to use a B lender and Dave said he would do what he could to get us an A lender. He was very helpful throughout the process and delivered like he said he would!
    Dave has contacts along with his experience and will be relentless in getting you the best mortgage provider and rate!
    I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a mortgage.

    We used Dave Browne the first time we applied for a mortgage and purchased our very first home several years ago. He made it extremely simple, straight forward and a stress free experience then.. When it came to looking into purchasing a new/bigger home we with out a doubt decided to go with Dave again. He's such a hard working individual and you can tell he has such a passion for helping his clients. He's a fun guy to go through the process with and I couldn't ever imagine choosing someone else. I can't recommend Dave enough!
