They provide a safe, non judgmental space that allows recovery, healing and fitness goals to happen. They always take the time to listen and validate my experience and address my concerns. Their expertise, support, encouragement and genuine care has been so appreciated. I’m honestly not sure where I’d be on my road to recovery without them. I’m so thankful for this amazing team! I highly recommend Pacific North Wellness!

After having knee surgery at the end of 2019 I can honestly say I would not be where I am today and back to participating in my sports without the amazing treatment and guidance they provided.

(March 5, 2021, 9:06 pm)I’ve been seeing Lianne for physiotherapy for a few years and she’s incredible! I love the length of the appointments and her attention to detail! She is personable, professional and very knowledgeable! She uses a variety of techniques and whether I was seeing her for pelvic floor health, chronic neck pain or a back injury, she made me feel comfortable and was able to provide treatment and at home exercises and stretches to create a noticeable difference in how I was feeling! By far one of the best Physio’s I’ve seen!
I started seeing Garth a few weeks ago and I’m so grateful I did! He is also welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. He put together a program to address my concerns and areas of weakness and is encouraging during the workouts. He listened when I expressed concerns and adapted some movements accordingly and I’ve noticed a difference already!
They’re an incredible team and I look forward to all of my appointments with either of them! I highly recommend!! -

(February 21, 2021, 10:56 pm)Lianne helped me understand and strengthen my pelvic floor after I had a baby. She is kind, caring, open, and certainly knows her stuff! She’s helped me so much.
Garth is an excellent trainer and since he and Lianne are husband and wife and work in the same business, he is able to create workouts that compliment Lianne’s physio exercises. It’s so helpful.
Evin is an excellent physio who also takes a caring, kind, and educational approach. These three practitioners take you from feeling helpless to strong! They are the best in the fraser valley! -

You actually get one on one time with physios and they prescribe the perfect solutions to deal with and treat whatever issue you're facing. Can't recommend this dedicated team enough, totally positive experience.
