(February 9, 2021, 5:18 pm)A bin was dropped off at our facility and the dates of drop and pickup of the bin were unclear. I spoke to Marcus Taylor, our new account manager, for the first time. I told him of the issue and he gave me the solution. He promised to look into the matter and addressed it immediately. I respect the professional way in which he handled himself, while maintaining my trust that he would come through on his end. We are a long time customer and have never had a problem arise, and he recognized that and eased my burden by putting the onus on himself to figure it out. Thank you Marcus. I look forward to working with him and Waste Connections into the future.

Waste Connections service has always been consistent, concise and they are always going the extra mile. Evalyn with the Abbotsford branch is AMAZING to deal with! She has helped us set up contracts and services for many of our locations, she has made dealing with Waste Connections exemplary. We will continue to use their services long into the future.
