I can't say enough about how energizing TNT Fitness is. The exercises work you to the max and are always changing making it a place that will never lose its excitement. The trainers are passionate about people reaching their goals and will do WHATEVER it takes to get you there. The encouragement is incredible and the results in a short time make it worth every minute of hard work!

Tag is a very inspirational trainer. He has a very infectious positive attitude that makes all of his classes motivational. His vast knowledge of training styles make for a very unique workout every time and that keeps training from getting stale and boring. I highly recommend his studio.
I was someone who does not work out. TNT is the best place to come if you are a beginner and want to have fun. You learn really great workouts and are supported along the way by amazing staff. The exercises can be made easy or challenging. The people in the classes are also very welcoming and helpful which makes me feel at home. I’ve been complimented by friends and family who notice my results. Tag, Colleen and Kim have all been so motivating and supportive.
I've been coming for 2 years now. Every single class is challenging and interesting. He changes up the routine every time so you always get a challenging workout. He pushes you to be your best self. By being consistence I've noticed big changes to my strength. Can't imagine not coming.
