(July 10, 2020, 8:20 pm)The store representative Raj provided excellent service to us today. We went in looking for a sectional and he respected our space, wasn't hovering, and provided insight into different options available. He also helped us find a matching coffee table and cut us a great deal!

(May 20, 2019, 9:03 pm)Excellent Service! I purchased a sectional couch and bed. The sales rep was great and the manager even threw in a free memory foam pillow.
There was an issue with delivery of the 8 ft section of my sectional couch as it did not fit in my building elevator so it had to be returned. I went to the store an hour later and the manager sorted it all out, changing one section adding another for same price even though was more expensive. He arranged for a new delivery 2 days later. The delivery guys were excellent as well, I started to cut the plastic off a sectional and one of them said: "Sir we will take care of it and put it all together for you". They assembled it, placed it where I wanted and removed all the packaging. The entire purchase from the salesman, store manager to the delivery was exceptional. Recommend the Brick in Abbotsford. -

(March 25, 2019, 2:52 am)Great deal on our furniture, thanks to Raj, delivery was fast and went smoothly. No missing parts or pieces and assembly was done very well. Everything looks and Fits fantastically. Have purchased quite a bit of furniture here and have no complaints as of yet.
