(September 24, 2022, 4:40 am)Amazing business Alert! PRO Carpet Cleaning came, did an exceptional job cleaning my carpet with pride, and were incredibly kind and respectful. I had previously used the more "well known" guys for carpet cleaning services over the years and had been completely unimpressed for a number of reasons. Unlike many other businesses, they weren't in a rush to enter and exit, and they even took the time to listen to my concerns and explain their procedure to me (which is pet and child friendly). Even though I vacuumed twice as thoroughly, they go above and beyond the call of duty with their cleans, using a brush machine to reach deep into the carpet and remove stains and various types of pet hair. 100% recommend them.!!

Area rugs now have a fresh look and a better texture. After service, all interior carpet stains were eliminated and the carpet was left spotless. The assistance I received was prompt, cordial, and courteous. Thanks for picking up and delivering the rug. We appreciate your help and will use you again in the future.!!

He cleaned the carpet, two large rugs, and one chair in less than two hours. It's incredible! The stain and black spot were cleansed and removed to the greatest extent possible. My husband and I were quite pleased with the service and want to use them again next year!
