I had an awesome experience today! I went for the first time with a friend who regularly shops there and the clothes were super nice and insanely good prices!! My favorite part of today was meeting an employee named Emma who was super sweet, helpful and answered all my questions easily! I think she mightve been in training but she seriously made my shopping experience incredible after the day I was having :) Would love to go back anytime and I'd love to bring friends there.
I have been in the store a couple of times to browse and once to sell. They didn’t accept all the items I brought in, but I understood their selection process so it’s not a big deal. However... I was with my husband last night shopping for some pants for him and while I was sitting waiting for him to try on his items, I quickly noticed how dirty the floors were. There were huge clumps of dust clumped in several places and an acrylic nail on the floor in plain sight. I understand that the girls are always kept busy, but please make more of an effort to clean! Especially around the changing area where people are taking off their shoes to try on clothes.
You can find some really great finds in here, but the reason why I give it 3 stars instead of a higher rating is on some visits I've had some of the employees come off as rude or condescending when asking a basic question. I've also had the disappointment of coming home to find giant rips (usually hidden in the armpit area of sleeves) in some of the clothes I'd just bought and didn't even try on yet. I think more people would be happy with an option for a discount instead of money when giving in clothes. It's more of a hit or miss kind of place, but I still enjoy finding some beautiful items from time to time.
