  I love that I can check stock and order from home. My cat needs a special diet and his food isn't always in stock. It saves making the trip unnecessarily, and makes for quick in and out pick up if I'm having a busy day! Not all pet food stores carry the special food we need so I appreciate having a specialty store in town that does carry a wide variety for different pet needs.

  Excellent service. It's nice to go to a store where I don't have to hunt for a sales rep and where the sales reps know the products they are selling.
