Not only has she positioned herself to be more available to them, but her mobile service has allowed for less overhead, where she extends those discounts to her clients too.

(April 9, 2017, 4:02 am)This spring, I met Laura Martens at her satellite office in Hoedeman Optical in Chilliwack while purchasing sunglasses from Tom Hoedeman and I so asked Laura about her hearing aid services. She was so informative and patient explaining how hearing aids could benefit myself that I purchased a pair from her. She delivered the hearing aids right out to our home in Hope and carefully fitted the devices and programmed them exactly for my hearing needs. She has adjusted the hearing aids again after I used them for a couple of months and today she again came out to Hope to assist me with questions I had about the battery life of the units and satisfied my questions. I believe the personal service Laura provides is excellent and I recommend that anyone with hearing challenges give Laura a call ... we are happy with our purchase.

April 8, 2017 - thanks Laura for the new batteries. These "Power One Accu plus" batteries allow me to keep the hearing aids active from early morning (6:30) to late evening (9:30) and they still go strong a bit later. -

(November 25, 2016, 6:25 pm)I highly recommend Alph Hearing, my Aunt received exceptional service from Laura. My Aunt is elderly, and unable to drive. Laura came out to my Aunt's home, and assessed my Aunt and fitted her for a hearing aid within the hour.
Not only was this extremely convenient, but the price of the hearing aid was much less than we have been quoted through other companies.
Laura then followed up with my Aunt, she was extremely informative, professional, and reasonably priced!
