(August 5, 2021, 12:07 am)Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and all safety protocols are in place for an enjoyable dinner with family. I went on the day where White Spot donated $2.00 for every burger sold to Red Cross to help with wildfires ... excellent cause and glad I was able to be a part of it. Way to go White Spot for being awesome and supporting people that need help!

(June 5, 2021, 4:30 pm)Food and service were excellent, though the neighborhood was somewhat questionable.. I had the Black Truffle Mushroom Burger, patty was juicy and toppings were fresh. Truffle flavour was there but could’ve been stronger. Will ask for extra truffle cheese next time. I ordered my son the pirate pack which comes with a drink. Got him milk and he insisted he wanted juice only after it arrived. =.= I apologized to our server and asked if we could order an additional kids apple juice. I said we would pay additional for it and she was so understanding and said not to worry about it. Servers seemed visibly stressed and overworked though, likely due to understaffing and the short notice of dine-in reopening in BC. Hope that management is able to bring in more people to help.

We ordered to be picked up at 930 but showed up a bit earlier and order was ready a few minutes later which was appreciated. We were on our way home and I got a call from the gentleman who gave me my order and said they had forgot to pack an item and not to worry they will deliver it. When I got home the same gentleman dropped of my item. Wow if this isn't customer service I don't know what is. Most restaurants would ask you to drive back and or give you a credit of some sort. These guys blew us away. The food was great too. We will definitely be back not because of the food because the customer service was amazing. Keep up the great work.
