(January 5, 2021, 5:34 am)I just got a new iPhone 12, and the Indian girl Nirvir helped me, she was Amazing and super accommodating, she even transferred all the old information from the old phone to my new. I was super happy with her customer service, she gave me a really good deal, I previously went to the Coquitlam location and the guy there screwed me over and up sales me, but Nirvir was honest and kind. I appreciate all of the work she put into helping me, thanks I recommend this store!

(October 5, 2020, 6:22 pm)I was there yesterday and the service and above all the friendliness of Eric was exceptional. He did everything in such an organized way setting me up with my phone to Telus . The only negative was the girl who let me in the door wasn't too friendly which got my backup otherwise a good experience.
