  My wife and I were hunting for our first home in abbotsford and were completely new to the process. We were referred by a friend of ours to Andreas of his vast knowledge and skillset. Not knowing what to expect, we were completely blown away on how helpful and knowledgable he was regarding the real estate market. He coached us on how to buy our first home in a booming market. We found the place we wanted, and got it with his guidance! I will continue to use and refer Andreas for all our real estate investments in the future. I can not thank him enough for helping us through our first home purchase.

  I met Andreas 10 years ago while selling Cutco knives. I started buying and selling condos when I was 20 and had a difficult time finding a relator who was passionate and genuinely interested in what I was trying to achieve. Most realtors didn’t want to deal with hassles of foreclosures and often tried to persuade me into convenient transactions that didn’t relate to my interests and end goal. After bumping into Andreas a few years later; after he first started real-estate, I decided to give him a chance based off the level of motivation he demonstrated; even while something as simple selling knives. The level of maturity and knowledge after being in involved in real-estate a short time was very impressive. Since then I have used him for every deal, and confidently refer him to all my friends and family. The amount of time and money I have watched Andreas invest into himself for this career is unmatchable; a level that can only be attained by those who are genuinely motivated to provide top notch service.
  
  Buying or selling a home can be very stressful and difficult to prevent emotions from dictating your decisions. Andreas is very confident and professional in handling all aspects of real-estate. His negotiation skills are next level. I had a situation where I was very frustrated due to external factors, Andreas stepped in from there, reassured me to trust him, that “this is what I do best” and drastically increased my profit margin.
  
  Everything from personal development, negotiations, researching the housing market to a tee, extra courses to further his knowledge in the industry, developing an impeccable marketing strategy, and staging your property to maximize the sale is unmatched to anyone I’ve encounter in any line of work. He has been extremely resourceful and innovative in dealing with any unexpected issues that have come up process. I nearly lost a deal when I first started out due to miscommunications with the bank until And Andreas res got on the phone and worked his magic. The man reminds me of Harvey Spector from the show suits when he gets to work.
  
  Andreas won’t just try to sell you a house with generic pitch lines such as “I love the layout” even though the foundation of the house is failing (I’ve had this happen). Andreas will go above and beyond to not only find you a home that satisfies all the criteria you desire, but also a property that will best suite your needs down the road to maximize your resale.
  
  Even if you’re not quite ready to buy or sell, I’d recommend calling the man just to pick his brain on your scenario, and potential options. He genuinely enjoys meeting people and sharing of his knowledge and experiences. Plus, you should you’ll get to see some of the funky suites this guy rocks!

  I’ve done many inspections for Andreas’s clients the last 5 years. With the reports he negotiates like a true professional to have issues addressed with the homes. He really cares for his clients and looks after them.
