Although the plumbing has always been excellent, it's the outstanding customer service that entices me to return. Although no contractor can promise everything will go as expected, they have always followed through for me to make things right.

(September 18, 2022, 4:33 am)I called Abbotsford's Expert Plumber in an emergency. They dispatched a technician yesterday, and naturally, when he arrived, the toilets were operational. The technician was outstanding. was very respectful of my home and was wearing a mask. did not charge me a service fee because no work was required. I was very grateful for his explanation and the time he took to outline potential problems. In the future, I'll call them for my needs. I value trustworthy businesses and skilled workers. This company really impressed me, and I would recommend it to others.!!

I had to call several plumbers, and the first one neither had the tools to fix the problem nor the decency to call to let me know they wouldn't be coming as promised. After I called Expert Plumber, they came to fix my problem. I could sense their enthusiasm for their subject matter. Every query I had received an honest response to. They handled the plumbing problems after arriving fully equipped. Talk about identifying the fundamental issue. They truly are amazing. Excellent services that I highly recommend.!!

(September 18, 2022, 4:29 am)The level of service from Expert Plumber of Abbotsford has me very satisfied. With every one of my requests, their tech assisted us. One involved replacing our kitchen faucet and washer valves, as well as adding a flood safety attachment to the washer valve. These were all quick projects, and we had no problems with any of them either during or after they were finished. The technician was very knowledgeable; he informed us of any potential problems with the product we installed and advised us on how to maintain his work in the future. Additionally, the price was extremely fair given the high calibre of service provided. With them, I immediately felt at ease.!!

For both our home and our rental property, I have used them at least four times in the past year, and they have always done a great job! Their prices are always very fair, and they are always very responsive. They have also helped me save a lot of money by being completely upfront with me about what needs to be done. I won't ever hire a different plumber. They are responsive, trustworthy, and honest plumbers. Anytime anyone required them, I would highly recommend them.!!
