(October 2, 2018, 3:53 pm)I heard about the Auguston Stairs from a friend. Was tricky to find the first time. I'm not aware of designated parking, which would be ideal, but we parked on the residential street at the top of the stairs and no one complained. It's nice and shady, well-maintained and a great workout. Use appropriate caution if you have physical health issues or are a beginner - it'll put stress on the body!

I was foolish the first time.
6 rounds and my legs were trashed for 4 or 5 days.
Depending on your activity level, even 2 rounds and add 1 every time you visit.
Maybe should have done 4 or so and increased from there...however
Stayed with 6 as a starting point moving forward.
Slowly increasing.
Now I'm at 10 rounds in just under 60 min.
So 10 is the number. Now to reduce the time. Hoping to hit about 50 minutes.
Get out there everyone!

(March 4, 2018, 5:14 pm)It is a great workout. But more gravel needs to be placed in the stairs for safety. And people really need to pick up their dogs poop.
