Staff are friendly enough but definitely check prices elsewhere. Went in and grabbed some common universal tractor parts and then found that the pricing at Cranbrook Kemlee was a 550% (yes five hundred and fifty percent) markup compared to the other tractor dealer in town for the EXACT same part.
